We all want to protect our children from danger. At the same time, we know it is impossible to get away from sin (1 Corinthians 5:10). Agape Christi does not hide the world from children; rather we teach them to see and understand all aspects of life and thought through the “lens” of God’s redemptive plan. This is the essence of a Christian worldview.
Instruction of this kind can only be done in an environment that encourages Christian commitments–an environment where the entire academic community is free to speak the Word of God, name sin when necessary, seek restoration, extend grace, and worship and give thanks to the LORD in whom they trust.
